One Man Camp LLC, dba: Crown and Cross Camp plans to offer customer care SMS communications after provider and carrier authorization, related to camp inquiries, registration, scheduling, camp reminders, logistics, and support responses. These terms describe the intended SMS messaging program; camp enrollment and waiver documents remain separate.

Message frequency varies based on your inquiries, registration, and camp communications.

Once SMS service is authorized and enabled, customers may find our SMS number and consent notice on our SMS policy and initiate a text conversation with us. This is our intended consent method; we do not send unsolicited texts to request consent.

Our GoDaddy SMS program has not yet received provider authorization. SMS availability is subject to provider and carrier authorization; this disclosure does not state that messaging has already been approved or enabled. Providing a phone number, making a phone call, or submitting a website form does not, by itself, opt you in.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing or attending a camp.

This customer care consent does not authorize unrelated advertising or promotional robotexts. Any separate marketing program would require its own applicable consent and disclosures.

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Contact your carrier with questions about your plan or charges.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Once SMS service is authorized and enabled, reply STOP to unsubscribe. Our business administrators remove people who opt out from the applicable communication list. A provider may send one non-promotional confirmation; automatic keyword behavior remains subject to provider verification.

You may also withdraw SMS consent by a clear request to stop texting or by contacting us by email or phone. We honor reasonable revocation requests without a fee. An opt-out confirmation is non-promotional and does not ask you to opt in again.

SMS opt-in data and consent will not be shared with or sold to third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not share SMS opt-in data or consent with third parties or affiliates for their independent use.

One Man Camp LLC does not share mobile numbers, text messaging originator opt-in data, or consent with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the Text Message services.

Our website provides camp information, inquiry and scheduling forms, and a portal for account and enrollment administration. Provide accurate information, keep login credentials private, and contact us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

We do not offer programs or camps for children under 13. Do not create participant records or submit personal information for anyone under 13. Program-specific age and guardian requirements also apply.

Do not use the website to impersonate another person, submit fraudulent information, access another person's private records without authorization, introduce malicious software, or interfere with the service. Inquiries and portal-account approval do not guarantee camp enrollment.

Our Privacy Policy explains our data practices. Website use and form submission do not automatically enroll you in SMS communications.

Camp-specific eligibility, registration, prices, payment instructions, cancellation or refund terms, and waiver documents are provided separately by the camp team or in the applicable camp materials. These website and SMS terms do not replace those documents or create a new refund, payment, or liability policy.

We identify policy updates by the Last Updated date. Changes to these terms do not create new SMS consent or override any rights provided by applicable law.
